Talent Acquisition Lead - Internal

The United Kingdom Accreditation Service (UKAS) is looking for a proactive and people-focused Talent Acquisition Lead to join our growing Talent & HR team.

In this role, you’ll support end-to-end recruitment activity across the business, helping us attract, engage and hire great talent while delivering an outstanding candidate experience.

Key responsibilities:

  • Coordinating interviews, recruitment administration and onboarding support
  • Writing and managing engaging job adverts  and responses
  • Building talent pipelines and sourcing candidates for specialist roles
  • Partnering with hiring managers, HR colleagues and external agencies
  • Maintaining recruitment data, reporting and hiring updates
  • Championing inclusion and diversity throughout the recruitment process

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Has experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
  • Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Builds strong relationships with stakeholders and candidates
  • Is passionate about delivering a positive candidate experience
  • Brings fresh ideas to attract and engage talent

This is a full-time role, with the option to work hybrid, based at our head office in Staines Upon Thames.
